Getting Internal Pages to Rank on Google

My site has PR3. it is good in Google for all keywords but only index page url has been coming when i enter any keywords, i want my internal pages should come in Google, some pages have been cached by Google but not in any rank. please help.

Hello qualsoft, and welcome to the forums.

If your home page is PR3, I'd bet that most internal pages are lower and probably in the Supplemental Index. That can mean that their content is not fully indexed. The cure for that situation is more PR, and that means more backlinks. If you can get direct backlinks to an internal page, that should help the most.
