I just ran a few searches first with IE and then with FF - to my surprise, they diverged by up to three positions.
Has anyone observed that before? Am I getting crazy? The browser-settings are the same in both...

This has been happening on and off for quite a year. I don't know if it's because of demographic variations associated with different browser users, or if it's just an easy way to test different SERPs, but it's nothing new.
