How to index the deindexed sites

Hi,

My friend has created the site www.example.com and the site indexed well in google. After some period of time she created the sister site www.example-data.com with same layout & header images and various contents.

The main site is deindexed after the sister site is indexed in google.

Both the sites are in different IP address.

Please let me know how can i indexed the main site.
Also she requested to reinclusion to Google, unfortunately we are not getting any reply from Google guys.

Do the two domains have different content?
