Google results showing video thumbnail

I noticed today that there is a video in the results of Google. I knew they were playing with different results, but I haven't seen this one before.

Right after Google announced Universal Search, I saw lots of thumbnails for both image and video results. They were especially common in searches for pop culture celebrity names. Soemtimes there were several in one SERP. Those thumbnails quickly went to a very low level of occurence, although the "plus" was often there to allow playing the video right on the search results page.

My assumptiom was that all those thumbnails were distracting users from clicking on the rest of the results, so Google went minimalist. Now I also see the occasional video thumbnail again.
