As I mentioned here [webmasterworld.com...]
about my removal request. I waited a long as removal and at last found all my request are denied by the removal tool.

One of the following conditions need to be fulfilled:

* Make sure the content is no longer live on the web. Requests for the page or image you want to remove must return an HTTP 404 (not found) or 410 status code.
* Block the content using a meta noindex tag.
* Block the content using a robots.txt file.

I've blocked the content using a robots.txt file. Is there any error with Google webmaster tool? or it's a fault from my end. Please help.

You can check your robots.txt with Google's tool inside your Webmaster Tools account. It's a good thing and will help you figure out whether the problem is yours or Google's. With the url removal tool, I've always found that any problems were mine. I do get careless from time to time.
