My feed subscriber stats in Webmaster Tools are frozen - for months

The subscriber stats for my sites on Google Webmaster Tools have been frozen for months now, they haven't gone up or down. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, I've noticed this in some cases, and heard similar reports as well. Those feeds stats are a bit murky in GWT.
