Dear Community,
Wish you all a very Happy New Year.

My New Year has started with some issues. Just want to know if I create a sitemap for my website and use redirection for making my sitemap URL friendly for example www.example.com/france/sitemap.html to avoid long URL...will this be considered as search engine friendly.
hope to receive answers soon.
luv & cheers

Sounds fine to me. As long as the rewrite is technically correct, there should be no problem with a rewritten url for an html sitemap. It's making sure that your rewrite schema is solid that can be make or break for the entire website.
