Content only appearing in the uk results

We have just added some new content to our site which got indexed quickly but it only seems to show up in the "UK" google results for the chosen keywords.

The page/s rank rather well but for some reason they dont show up in the worldwide results, This has not happend to any other content that we have added recently.

If I read between the lines properly, other urls on this domain do rank well internationally, correct? If so, and if this is very new content, then the data for your new urls may currently only be on some data centers and not others.

thats right tedster ..thankyou for the reply, its what i figure too.
I will sit tight and see if things change the keywords are quite competetive.

i just find it odd that it has not happend with any of the other content.

Another that question springs to mind, How advantagous would it be to have a US site hosted on a US server as opposed to a US version of my site on a UK server?
