Multiple domain names pointing to same content

Google does not count my incoming links properly, which hurts my page rank.
Google allows www.domain.com and domain.com to be equivalent, but I also have x.domain.com pointing to the same content.
This appears to confuse Google, but not some other search engines like AltaVista.
Google sees about 900 incoming links to domain.com and www.domain.com, but does not see the 10,000 incoming links to x.domain.com.
Almost all of my incoming links are to x.domain.com (I originally planned to use www. as the central site for x.domain and y.domain and z.domain - I just haven't got around to it).
Any ideas on how to fix it? I would really like Google to treat them all as a single site.

Hello coveysd, and welcome to the forums.

1. Make sure that all so-called domain "pointing" is done by using a 301 redirect and no other method.
2. Use 301 redirects to send the no-www verion of your urls to the with-www versions (or the reverse,if that's your choice.)
