Shortened URLs in Google.es Search Results

If I search on Google.es, any search that I do shows the root domain instead of the actual URL of the page where it would send me if I clicked on it.

Example If I search for widgets I can see in green result "es.wikipedia.org" but if I click this link I go to "http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Widget"

Interesting observation. When I use google.es, I don't see the urls trimmed down to just the domain name. Maybe you're seeing some kind of a test - although it certainly seems like a very odd test to me.
