Odd SERP formatting - 3 distinct regions separated by lines

Can anyone shed any light on the following strange formatting that I've seen recently on some Google search results?

<Sorry, no specific search terms >

The SERPS are segmented by thin lines into three distinct areas. One of those areas has a 'See results for:...' suggestion that is not related to the query as well.

Google sometimes serves this kind of SERP configuration when the search terms have more than one interpretation - that is, there is some semantic ambiguity or dual interpretation of the end user's intention.

However, the fact that one of the sections has no obvious relationship to the search terms is peculiar. It could be some kind of Googlebug.

You also might try a combined search of "original phrase" "unrelated query" and see if that reveals some semantic connection between the original search and the suggested search. Odds are, there is some meaningful relationship, even if it's not immediately obvious just at the mere character string level.
