Where can you send a message to google from inside the webmaster account of your website?

The only place I know of is the "Reconsideration request" - lower right hand side of the Dashboard page.

But that says you have admitted the site is in violation of something which I have no idea if it is. I am afraid to submit that to ask a question and then admit to something that I have no knowledge of.

Many people have protested this, and Matt Cutts recently mentioned that he will ask the team to look into a change in wording.

If this issue for you is about the DNS problem you mentioned elsewhere [webmasterworld.com], I would not personally have any qualms about checking the box and then qualifying that in the actual message. But I'll bet if you fix the DNS issue, your site is right back in Google soon after with or without a reconsideration request.
