302 redirection affects backlinks or not

I have 2000 backlinks from the site "A". Now all the pages in the site "A" are redirect (302 redirection) to site "B".

Please let me know whether it affects my backlinks or not.

If the pages on Site B don't link to you, then you did lose those backlinks. Once a url is redirected, its original content is no longer available to the spider - because the server never serves it.
