My question is; what can I do to correct this? The titles and meta keywords are optimized for each page and the products page does not mention “service and repair” – however – it is being referenced.
Any suggestions?

But that aside, since you are seeing a snippet that seems not to come from the ranking url itself, there is a chance that Google has its wires crossed. If so, it should correct itself in a few spidering cycles. Just make sure that the snippet's language is not available on the "wrong" page. Also make sure its not available from the Open Directory. If the Open Directory is the source of the snippet, block the ODP content with a meta tag:
<meta name="robots" content="noodp">
I do not completely understand the concept of “Open Directory”. However, my site currently consists of a few pages and I am continually adding content. In essence, my visitors will eventually find the correct page with a few clicks.
But my concern is that I intent to add specific content related to our products. Example: When someone searches for our warranty information – they should be directed to that page without having to navigate from another page that was not their intended interest.
I just took a look on Google and my pages are doing better than previously.
