How can Remove or block website on specific country Search Engine.
e.g i dont want to get my website in SER's of google.co.uk or google.au with my any keyword.

You can use Google Webmaster Tools to choose your preference for the geolocation of your site. This feature is rather new, so I can't be sure it would give you a 100% exclusion from UK and AU Google's, but it's a good place to start.
