most of the spam sites includes our websites pages and they create a new website, most of the website creates bad neighbours and i think they affect our ranking in SEPRS because of bad neighbhours. why not google provide a facility in the "webmasters tools" to decline links from bad neighbhours. so that eventhough they place our link in their websites without our attention we can avoid the negative impact in SERPS?
