I have a dedicated windows server 2000, and only have 4 Ip's however want to add more then 4 sites so I add sites on one ip using host headers. Now once i load up that new site it automatically has a page rank of the main site hosted on the server, any ideas? Dont want google giving me problems

Were the domains of the new sites redirected to your main site before you created separate sites?

If so, then that's possibly the reason. Redirected domains often show the pagerank of the domain that it is redirected to.

And pagerank only updates every few months in the toolbar, so you're actually viewing last months pagerank or so.

Yes your right they used to forward, any way to fix this? It shows up as fake page rank on some SEO tools

Just wait till the next visible pagerank-update: Google will see that the page is no longer redirected and give a serparate pagerank.

I've seen instances where Google occasionally gets confused when it finds a new domain on a shared IP (and even sometimes when it finds a new domain on a dedicated IP that had previously been used by a different domain). Google is usually able to differentiate the domains within a coupla' three or so weeks.
