no title or description

i have read an article on google that you may want to read for those that have no title nor description showing in Google, it appears that if you block google from visiting a page that other web sites link too, then that may hinder your search results and appearance of site, i have now removed all in my robots file and see what happens.

I think the *real* problem is about sites that (in Google) have no title nor description that *don't* block Google and that still get clobbered

PS - If you mention "an article", it's not really much to go on....

im quite annoyed at myself as once i read it, i did not really take much notice, then i thought ill go back and re read it again, and now i cant find it, i know that i found it from the sitemaps program
