How to report a scraper site

How do I report this to google? How do I get them to stop?

Here are some things you can do.

1. do the search that returns the scraper and click on the "dissatisfied...?" link at the bottom.
2. make a spam report at [google.com...]
3. create a Sitemap account to verify you are the owner. You don't need to actually submit a Sitemap but you will open a "trusted" dialogue this way.
4. Make sure you have unique meta descriptions for each of your urls to strengthen your own presence.
