Do improving allinanchor results predict a release from sandbox?

My site's just turned one year old on 04 June 2004. Since then, I've noticed a marked increase in results when I search for my domain name (minus www. and .com)

I've also noticed that :
1. my allinanchor rank was 10 and climbing since 2 weeks ago.
2. my rank in serps went from nowhere to 176 after June 04 to currently 89.

I read somewhere that the allinanchor rank is an indication of where a site should be ranked in the serps. Is this a correct assumption? Is my site finally being released from the sandbox?

Update : Google ranking seems to be moving up a place every 2-3 days. My allinanchor rank is 7. Would I be foolish to assume my site will keep moving up to be closer to where my allinanchor rank is?

I'm not so sure 'the sandbox' exists as we once new it... Seems to me the new sandbox is all about pages being indexed/labeled supplemental... Maybe there's now two sandboxes?

>>>Maybe there's now two sandboxes<<<

More like one sandbox and one trash heap.
