Hello
I have a website, leaving out the homepage and 2 more pages, all other pages has been pushed to supplemental index. This site is just 2 months old with some 2000+ pages indexed by G. I check the web log daily and have seen the gbot index my website regularly but i guess its just of no use to my domain as the pages are not coming up in the main index. I had found 2 problem few days back, one was the www and non-www issue and the other was the PHPSESSID problem and i have solved both.
If i do a 301 redirect of the whole domain and pages to a new domain, then will the indexed pages of the new domain this way fall into supplement index.
Or do you'll have any other suggestion for this supplemental index issue?

If your site is but two months old, then Google may do all manner of things. Don't worry about it.

301-ing to a new domain now will not solve anything, in fact, it'll put you exactly where you were two months ago.

In the early months of a new domain, patience is the only virtue required; sudden changes to a new site simply postpones the day that everything settles down.
