When I run the Web Crawl in Google's Webmaster Tools>Dashboard>Diagnostics>WebCrawl, I get an error message in the "Not Found" category. It's to the email links within the site which are being followed by Googlebot and returning 404s (from www.example.com/webmaster@example2.com). Is this as easy as tagging those emails with a no follow or is there something else I should do with that?

I'm not clear about this question. Are these links that use the mailto: protocol? Or do they go to a page with a form? Through some kind of script?

They are using the mailto:me@mysite.com protocol.

I'd give it no thought at all. There's no reason for Google to index such a link - just take the 404 as information/feedback and move on.
