Why do I get differnt results when i add -inurl www

When I do this, it show my home page as supplemental?

Is there any advice anyone can give? My home page has dropped from a pr5 to a pr2 for over a year now. I have all the proper non www to www redirects in place. I don't believe I have any dup content. I don't understand why my home page shows supplemental when I add -inurl www

Can anybody help? Why does one search show the index page is supplemental and the other search does not?

I have about 200 back links, and my site went from pr5 to pr2

www.example.com and example.com are two different urls and each one has its own PageRank

If you have both, then in Google's eyes, you do have duplicate content, and supplementary results is part of the damage.

It does not always matter - but in your case, it visibly does matter.

You need to 301 from non-www to www.domain.com.

If you had a 301 in place then I wouldn't be able to find doamin.com, and nor would Google. I could, so Google can - and does.

Get the 301 fixed. Soon! :)

I all ready have the redirect in place. I can only find the www version in google, and it has been that way for over a year. After I did the redirect, i went from a pr5 to a pr2.

When I do site:http://www.mydomain.com I get the whole site with no supplementals.

when I add -inurl www
example site:http://www.mydomain.com -inurl www
my index page is supplemental.

What am i doing wrong? Why is it supplemental on one search, and not on the other? Please help.
