Google Apps - someone else registered my domain before me?

Dear all,

I have just registered a domain name, some days later, I go to Google Apps to sign up for an account, however Google said that my newly bought domain has been already registered for Apps, it means that someone else has been done it before me, so I can not use Google Apps.

So could you please tell me how to tell Google that I am the real domain owner?
