Last night Google finally indexed one of my sites completely. Pre-BigDaddy all pages had been indexed. Post BigDaddy only a fraction were. Now all the pages have returned but they are all supplementals! Most of the pages are product pages with not a lot of unique content (so I could understand these being supplementals) but the rest of the pages all have unique content and have also gone into the supplemental index.
I really hope this is just a glitch!
