Image Tags as a Part of Main Content

I just noticed that Google displays image Alt text as a part of the main content in SERPs although the query string is not related to the image tag at all: "main text.... text of the image Alt tag.... main text"

Is this normal? Or, should be a concern?

Often the text adjacent to the text containing the query term can be included when generating the snippets, so it's nothing to be concerned over. Is the query term right near that alt text on the page?

Yes, the image Alt text is adjacent to the query string.
