Page Title on Google Different From Actual Page Title

...as well as other strange things...please help advise

Hi.

Need your help to figure this out. My title tag now states eg "XYZ" but on Google it is showing "ABC". No other pages on my site has the titl eof "ABC".

Do you know what's up?

Also, I have 3 PCs at my place. For a specific keyword, my site's rankings are different on all three PC browsers. One is showing placing 8, another 10, another 11 (on the second page). Do you know what's up.

Also what is considered keyword stuffing? What is the percentage that is considered 'safe'.

Appreciate any response to this mystery.
