Going on 2 years and still burried

2 years ago my news site was doing well with google, I then changed the link format of all my pages and left myself with 404's for the old pages. A mistake obviously, which brought my Page Rank to zero, google bot stopped visiting and i dropped out of the results. About 8 months ago, I got my page rank back (pr of 5) and am getting crawled by google bot again.

What's also weird as I have 6000 indexed pages and most of them are "supplemental results" of all my "printer-friendly" pages that has the meta tag: <meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow">.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get things straightened out again with google? Can I email someone there?
