How to improve position of URLs that target a certain keyword

My site had good position in almost every single individual page targeting to a certain key word - which was also the main subject of the page.
almost 10 months ago this changed and i lost positions
how can I improve this?
open to any suggestions

Wow, that's a huge topic - really, almost every discussion in this forum is ultimately on that subject. I would suggest analyzing the urls that are now above you - especially from the angle of whether they look more "natural" and less SEO'd than yours.
