Old site New Tags

Updating an old site with new tags

Hi,

I had an old site www.example.com it was not optimized before but now i have uploaded a new set of meta tags targetted for two specific keywords.

I have uploaded the meta tag for the home page first then the other pages.

It has already been crawled by google but it does not show up in the serp for any of the two keywords.This is an old site.. is this site also experiencing a sandbox effect.

Which meta tags are you talking about? It's well known that Google basically ignores the "keywords" meta tag.

I am talking about the Meta Description Tag and also the Title Tag.
