Help! Most of my sites's rank drop down

hi guys,

Last week almost all of my sites were changed to Supplemental Result, and then they drop down to page 2+ or 5+.

The 4 Supplemental Results at page 1 are my sites and they will drop down in a few days.

They are not sandboxed because some keywords'SERPS rank good such as company name. Some sites have 2 keywords, the one I add link from 2004 still rank good but the other start from 2005, rank bad.

Most of the domains are 2 or 3 years old and have 5000-8000 MSN back links.

I have to say most of the backlinks are from guestbook, blog. But can G punish me beacase of this? Maybe my sites got links too fast?

Please give me some advice. I should continue to add links or stop to wait?
