I've got a site that ranks 2 and 3 for term one, and 3 and nine for term 2.

The same site holds the top ranked position, but it has only one page in the top 10.

Anyone else seen something like this?

Any guesses as to why?

I've seen this too.

It seems to happen at certain times of the day.

Instead of the normal indented double listing,
it appears as ie #1 and #9
- like how Yahoo displays same domain listings.

I can only assume they are testing it as it occurs sporadically like their other DC tests would.
