Today,I occasionally found google can't search for 'de' or '.de' with date restriction enabled when I do search testing with my owner site. If you search with default settings,everything ok. [google.com ]

That does look like a bug. I wonder if it's partly because "de" is too common a word. Same thing happens with "the".
