Google Books - URLs within Books

Could there be an SEO opening?

We know from Google's recent treatment of Books in the SERPs that they attribute a lot of value to books. They seem to be automatically 'trusted'. Google scholar technology is able to calculate 'back references' to papers and books to use in ranking within that section.

Is it likely that a URL within a book which subsequently becomes part of Google Books will pass some for of TrustRank or PageRank?

I've read some conjecture about this - and even more, that Google *might* consider some offline materials - press and broadcast - to award some degree of trust. Fun to think about all this, but so far I don't see any evidence. Still, I only see good coming from getting your domain name into a book.
