I have a web site which has a blog on it. Now the domain example.com has nothing except an under construction page. While example.com/blog is where the blog is located and it has a few posts. I would like visitors who type in example.com to reach example.com/blog. I can do a meta refresh redirect but this may make Google see red. How do I best redirect it so as not to get penalized. Thanks.
