I have a google alert set up for my domain name, and I'm getting notifications of a link to my site being found at (insertnaughtywordhere).blogspot.com
If the word "spam" was a dirty word, the domain is spam-jdk3euakdgf.blogspot.com.
Link after link of other words followed by random characters.

Its an article of mine that they are publishing, and of course all the links on the page point to various other naughty words.

Is my domain going to be associated with smut and thus penalized?

First, adult content does not necessarily indicate a "bad neighborhood", but given the tricky nature of what you describe, this probably is something Google would label as a bad neghborhood.

This kind of inbound link is what Google says cannot hurt you - of course, be sure you don't link back ;) I think I still would report it, just to be sure the flag has been raised. I would not totally rule out potential damage if this kind of linking reached into the 4 or 5 figure area, although I would like to be 100% certain.
