Keywords and Descriptions

What is a good format to use?

Does anyone have any suggestions on Keyword and Description format? Should I use 20, 10, 5 keywords? Should I write 30 word long sentence or should it be 10 words?

Write them for the user and include keywords in a natural writing style.
