How to Regain Lost traffic?

Hi there,

I have dropped almost 50% traffic after the recent updates in Google.

Can any SEO expert tell me how to recover the lost traffic from Google.

I have lost many hot keywords position in Google from 5 to 90th, 6 to 70th, 1 to 50th and so on.

Please also tell me any SEO friendly links building method.

I will really appreciate any help in this matter.

The key is discovering which exact searches used to provide the bulk of your traffic and then zero in on what happened in those cases.
