He mentioned that they we involved with too many things to stay quiet about, and that they needed to inform the public about developments within the company.
I'm glad they they have intimated that they have been secretive in the past, but whether there will be more transparency for website owners, time will tell.
Personally, I'm skeptical about his claims. Does anyone think there will be a new openness with website owners?
How well this is executed certainly remains to be seen, especially in the more public commentary. For some reason (it just seems to come with scale) it's very challenging to any big company to avoid spin and keep things pared down to straight talk.
