How to optimize image URL links for Google?

Hi Every one,
Few months back google has introduced image url links
example:
if any body is searching for artist's images then visitor types on keyword artist name then google will display results - artist images first then his url link so what is this
is any body know how to do this optimization

I'm assuming you're talking about the way that Google's new Universal Search [webmasterworld.com] sometimes features an image in the regular search results. From what I've seen, although the algorithm that merges news,images, video, local, etc is still evolving, it depends heavily on backlinks as well as the file name.
