I noted there was a topic (now closed) along these lines but I wanted to add my observations.

I have 2 PC's, one with IE 7.0.5730.11 and one with IE 7.0.5700.6 and I have a Google au problem on the frst one which isn't evident on the second.

What happens is this; I can select either search "the world" or "australia" but only as long as I have not performed a search and received a list of results. If I have performed a search and received a list of results from either the world or australia, I can then no longer select the other search domain (the world or australia as the case may be). ie. if I have searched "the world", received results and the try to select "australia", the selection will not take place. The selection remains locked on "the world" and vice versa.

If I use the back button to go back to the very first search page iteration without any results I can again select either the world or australia. If I use the forward button to go one page forward (results now shown), I can not select the other option.

These symptoms are not evident with IE 7.0.5600.6.

Hello rherber2, and welcome to the forums.

This sounds more like an IE7 issue than a Google issue. Are both those IE browsers configured with identical Internet Options, under the Tools menu?
