How do you get a page out of Supplemental Result

I had 40 pages of copied content on my site with duplicate titles and description tags. I recently rewrote all the content and put in unique titles and description tags for each page.
Google seemed to crawls all the pages because the cached shows the updated info on each page. But the pages are still in Supplemental Result. How do i get them out? And are they doing anything for my ranking if they are in Supplemental Result?

I think the answer you will get is links to the pages but that in itself is another story.

Try submitting them to article directories maybe they will get ripped and some will keep you link live.
