indexation problems on .com but no prob on .es

Why? url structure is the same!

Google give for each extension a very different number :

.com (70)
.es (233)
.fr (187)
.de (193)
.it (208)
.co.uk (33) (normal, just launch 3 days ago)

As you can see, .com is my problem. The day of the launch, He received a huge number of natural BL, (Techcrunch..). He seems to be in a sort of sandbox/penalty, but i didn't knew that it was link to indexation? Have you got any experience on that?
