Google.com and AOL.com - same results?

Dear all.

I am sorry for this post is a bit noisy. But I really want to check this via you, Americans, so please help me verify it is true or not.

are the result from AOL and Google.com THe same? because I live in Vietnam, though I use Google toolbar for search, but I feel that results with Google.com I got here in Vietnam is not the real resutl when you search with Google.com in USA.

I use SEOmoz to check rankings for Google.com, I found that the result is the same with what I search with AOL.com in Vietnam.

So, Is it true, AOL in Vietnam = Google.com in USA?

I live in America and the two search engines at AOL.com and Google are VERY similar. In fact this is nothing new; AOL Search changed to being fully "Google-powered" years ago

The main difference between the two search engines is that AOL has some slight differences that may make it more appealing to AOL users and Google has some slight differences that may make it more appealing to Google users.

The advertisment listings are provided by Google ever since Google won the AOL deal from Overture. But, AOL has decreased the size of its results pages, so that they will load faster for users. AOL also only displays banner ads if someone has explicitly purchased one against a particular keyword.

The results at AOL and Google aren't exactly the same because clustering is not switched on at AOL Search. Clustering at Google prevents more than two web pages from the same site from appearing in the top results. Additionally, AOL's own content may be inserted above Google results

I think that AOL also owns Netscape, and the deal with Google involved Netscape Search as well. Netscape also uses Google ads.

It doesn't matter what country you live in, all AOL search engines and Netscape search engines are enhanced by Google.
