I have a regional tourist board as a client, and they have implemented a series of changes that have created big changes to there website.

A change of default language and new urls to the top tier sections (fortunately the huge majority of inner content pages have not been affected) are the changes that most worry me.

As of now when I look at the google SERPīs pages and see the indented secondary links that we have, they all point to incorrect urls.

Does anyone have any experience of this, and what can be expected on the serps front?

Hi OddDog

I would generate a list of ALL old pages and 301 them to their new location/names ASAP

Rebuild the google sitemap and submit it ASAP

The quicker you react the shorter the pain will be, there will be some pain.
