hi i know PR does not mean much and its up to the quality of the link , but i might pat for some incoming links, so out of Curiosity would PR5 and PR2 link boost my PR0 web site to a PR3? or googles algothrims is to complex to amalyse?

It depends on how many links those pages link out to and if they pass PR. It is very possible you would get a pr4 from that combo. It is very easy to get a site to PR5. It starts to get a lot harder after that.
