Problem with Caching of Internal URLs

I have a site and its home page is regularly cached by google. But other links are not cached regularly or I can say that Google is still not reading those pages. Please anyone suggest me how to get all the content on any page can be cached.

First things first.

Do you have plain links to the other pages.

How long has your site been in existence?

Have you blocked the robots in any manner?

Do you have inbound links from other sites (regular links) from unblocked pages and without rel=nofollow in the href?.
