How to avoid blog Main page and post page duplicate content

My blog is hosted on Wordpress. I have a quick question here that

I am showing around 4 posts on my main home page url. So home page content and those 4 posts individual post page content will be the same. Will this be considered as duplicate content by Google?

Any workaround to avoid so?

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.
