How can webmasters receive help from Google? Is it only Groups?

I was wondering if there is still a form or email that webmasters can use to submit problems about their site. I have a strange indexing problem that has been happening since the "big daddy" days and for the life of me I can't figure it out, nor has anyone else been able to.

Is my only option the Google Webmaster Help groups? If so, does anyone actually ever get any official support there or is it only peer based support? I have posted my problem 2 times over the past 5 months and never received any official response, and only one response from a non-Googler.

Do I need to file a reinclusion request and explain my problem?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

You can open a Webmaster Tools account and authenticate yourself as being the person responsibile for the site. This gives you a verifiable connection to Google and a means of communication.

Hi tedster and thanks for replying. I do have a webmaster tools account already created and my site is verified. I do not, though, see a method to contact Google from there.

Am I overlooking something?

Wait, I think I found it. Is it the Submit a reconsideration request link?

Thanks in advance.
