Full or partial feed

I was wondering if anyone had opinions about setting the site feed on Blogger to Full or Partial.

Since most of my sites are lower traffic, I have some concerns about offering a full feed in that it might feed the scrapers or cause duplicate content issues.

On the other hand, I have set up webmaster tools to take the XML feeds from blogger. I would thing that the webmaster tools would just look at the links from the feed and then crawl the pages and not get the data from the blogger xml feed.

So, which is better from the standpoint of SE visibility and reduction of dupe content - a full or partial feed.

(By the way, it probably does not matter, but I have blogger set up with hosting on some of my other sites. )

thanks.

I know that there seems to be a movement among top-of-the-line bloggers these days to switch to full feeds. It's being done mostly for their users, they say, and I haven't read much about changes to Google search results with this change.

I think scrapers can and do get your full content quite easily, no matter which style of feed you go with. I appreciate that full feeds might increase the risk a bit by making it even easier -- but I think I would forget about the scrapers and focus my energy on doing what's best for the users and proactively strengthening the site in every way possible. The best defense IS a good offense.
